Love Story is a 1970 romantic drama film written by Erich Segal coordinated with his 1970 best-selling novel. It was directed by Arthur Hiller. The film, well-known as a tear-jerking tragedy, is considered one of the most romantic of all time by the American Film Institute.
The music you hear is the original music score / soundtrack / theme "Where Do I Begin" for the 1970 blockbuster movie Love Story, and it was composed by Francis Lai. Yes, he's the original composer for this incredibly beautiful song. Actually Francis Lai won the Academy Award (Oscar) for "Best Music, Original Score" and the Golden Globe Award for "Best Original Score" for this.
