Ice Barrage Requires Level 94 Magic and is matched in power only by the charged Godspells of Saradomin Zamorak and Guthix. It can hit up to 30 and freeze the target for up to 20 Runescape seconds (not the same as real world seconds.)
Note: Xp Rates are reduced for Ancient Magicks as well as in the abyss, so this is very bad method of gaining XP. Stacked negatives are not good for XP rates.
Anicent Magicks require Desert Treasure quest to be completed to unlock. Praying at the alter inside the pyramid fills your mind up with a strange wisdom (Ancient Magicks)
