In case anyone doesn't understand, Bass/Forte has always held a Rivalry with Megaman/Rockman. Despite this, when he sees Megaman fall, he wants revenge. He wanted to be the one to delete Megaman/Rockman and seeing him fall at other hands was unforgivable. He also was saddened by the loss of his Rival. He was the closest thing Bass/Forte had to a friend in a long time.
I'd also like to state this: THIS IS NOT REAL!
Obviously Megaman/Rockman doesn't get deleted because he appears in later series, such as Beast.
This is just a cleaver arrangement of Video Footage made to portray Megaman being deleted and Bass/Forte avenging him.
EDIT: I know I made a spelling error. I put "execpted" instead of 'expected. Sorry =P
