Video Description NOTE: Many people are questioning me about this and said it doesn't work. I just did it 3 more times, adn it DOES INDEED work. I will fully remake it and fully explain how to do it next time. For future reference, I used 2 songs in this movie: Max Unlimited from DDR, and Stupid MF by Mindless Self Indulgence. Looks like the timing on the music is like a split second off after the upload, but oh well. I have a complete full unedited version of this fight..which is 2 hours long. I might upload it sometime. Well Kev, you DID say I was going to appreciate the gambit system. But I don't think THIS is what you had in mind......maybe I'm over doing it a little??? I've done some crazy stunts in the world of Final Fantasy.......but this one completly defeats the purpose of Square creating the game. I am completly crazy and insane..which is why they call 'Darkkefka". This movie shows me defeating Yiazmat without touching a single button! From the time I created the lock..up to his demise.....you never see me open the command screen, so you know it's real. Of course I needed the create the lock first...which can be difficult. The movie shows the about 25-30 of his life bars! It took me a while to create the "lock". The actual time of the movie to the end was 1 hour and 50 minutes..but I uh...picked up the pace..... It takes about 3-5 minutes to deplete a health bar...depending on how many times Death Strike misses. He has 50 health bars. So with this process, he'll be down in about 2-3 hours. You will need about a total of 10-15 Elixirs. If you can't get them, Hi-Ethers are thre next best thing. Having both for backup will be even better. For each Elixir you use, you should take at least 6 of his health bars after damage is capped at 6999. If you do the math, that's about total of 8-9 Elixir. But it's best to be safe. In theory, this is an endless loop, as long as you have the Hi-Ethers and Elixirs to restore MP. Ethers don't restore enough. There is however one hard thing about this.......You need to lure him close to the stairs which forces him to stick with Death Strike. It's a well known trick and probaly the only possible way to defeat him in a 122333, ( I might try that someday...) but it's not that simple. Here's the catch for THIS stunt: You need to get him so close to the stairs that you can perform close range attacks WHILE you're about 3-4 steps down on the stairs!! This is hard to do, so expect this to take a while. I've been able to do this 3 times. This is a glitch I think.....His head and arms will cover the opening..preventing your attackers from getting on the land. The reason this is a must is because otherwise he uses Rake and the other attacks. He will KO you, then immediatly follow up with a Death Strike before you can revive that person. Death Strike however has very slow recover time, and you'll be able to revive before he's able to KO the other guy. If 2 people are down at the same time, this won't work. Also, you need to make sure he NEVER attacks the Magic user, which in this case.....Ashe. You can't do this without close range weapons because sooner or later the attackers will get behind your magic user, which means he will target HER next! In order to get him this way, play around with him right at the tip of the stairs so he uses Rake and his other physical. If you toy around with him close to the stairs, sooner or later, he might find his left front arm stuck in mid-air, and you'll be able to perform close range attacks while your on the stairs. After he gets real close to the stairs or you see his arms in mid-air, run in the hallway and see if they will attack him while there are about 3-4 steps don on the stairs. This fixes him so that they will never trigger his rake or the other attacks. If you pull this off, you've got him! Don't leave to save or whatever, because this glitch is not easy to do, and you don't need to anyway. this link explains how it works. [link]
