According to Doug Hinman's fantastic book "The Kinks - All Day and All of the Night" (buy it!):
"One show from the three-night run is videotaped in black and white by RCA Records. This is transferred to 16mm film and (was) released theatrically in the US for a limited time from July. But it is eventually pulled after an objection by the band and because of the film's poor visual quality."
