In order from video:
Piece 21: Hyrule Field. Near the small bridge in the center of the field.
Piece 22: Southern Kakariko Gorge. Near the entrance to Hyrule Field.
Piece 23: Enemy Fortress, Gerudo Desert. The roasting pig is located at the top left corner of the fort.
Piece 24: Arbiter's Grounds. The main room with the 4 torches.
Piece 25: Arbiter's Grounds. In the room of Many Spinner Tracks. This is the only heart piece found in a small chest.
Piece 26: Kakariko Gorge.
Piece 27: Snowpeak Ruins. 2F room with the spiral staircase and caged large ice enemies.
Piece 28: Snowpeak. Win against Yeti and Yeta.
Piece 29: Snowpeak Ruins, 2nd floor of the main entrance room.
Piece 30: Eldin Bridge.
