A great undertaking on my part, no doubt. I tried my best to transcribe every voice during the orchestral arrangement. So far, this is all I can come up with. Instruments that are absent include the harp, cymbals, and timpani. Oh, and the bell-keyboard whatever it is.
I know for a fact that there are no trombone or trumpet parts during the piece. After having reviewed the Tour de Japon video over and over again, it is quite evident that the trombones and trumpets just sit there the entire piece.
Also, I would like to remind everyone of the man that everyone seems to overlook when it comes to these orchestral/piano arrangements of Uematsu. That man is Shiro Hamaguchi. Everyone is so quick to idolize Uematsu, but had it not been for Hamaguchi, there would be no Liberi Fatali, no Final Fantasy 20020220, no Tour de Japon, and no special piano soundtrack from FF7 thru FF10. Shiro Hamaguchi is the one who takes the Uematsu's synthesized music and turns it into orchestral bliss. That would also include this arrangement that I transcribed here.
