The Directors Chair was a TV show co-produced, shot and editied by Dennys Ilic.
Over its 3 year run we interviewed some of the worlds greatest actors, directors DOP's and producers such as Will Smith (who called me a "fancy boy" because of the way i spell my first name lol), Joel Silver, Peter Jackson, Liv Tyler Christopher Guest etc.
Here we have a segment dedicated to QOTD and an interview with Stewart Townsend. This was an awesome premiere which saw around 8 thousand fans turn up to the screening at the Myer Music Bowl. The after party was particulary fun and i had Charlize Theron lean into my face to light her cigarette off the front of mine.I dont smoke any more but im glad i did then!
I've put this clip here because its a Michael Rymer film. Though people either loved it or hated it, the fact doesn't change that he is one of the greatest directors around. Just check out Battlestar Galactica.a show that makes nearly any current feature films attempt at character developement cower at the knees!
