UPDATE!: It breaks my heart as many of you already know to report the ship is almost gone now having been torn apart for months at alang. Its seems the old sang "you don't know what you have till its gone" is ringing true. Sad that people have no respect for rich history and design and we are stuck with so many ugly ships these days such as most of carnival's fleet with its silly and cheap las vegas themeing. Beautiful ships are becoming a thing of the past. Sorry I haven;t responded to the comments. I am extremely busy lately. glad to know others are passionate about this ship as well. We need to try and save the SS United States now ! remember the same company that killed the norway owns the ss united states, she is living on borrowed time!
