Snake and Raiden have to get into Arsenal Gear which is basically a huge new Metal Gear that is like a ship (I think. Man it's been forever since I played this game)
Otakon is given the job of using a helicopter to get a bunch of hostages to land since Arsenal Gear is about to activate and it will destroy the Big Shell.
and along the way Otakon has a break down over the death of his step sister, Emma.
And sorry it's been a while since I loaded any videos. I'm in college and as some or many of you know college is crazy.
