This is from the Rescue-Roll-from-Tron segment of Rockman DASH 2: Episode One: Roll-chan Kiki Ippatsu or ロックマンDASH2 エピソード1～ロールちゃん危機一髪!～. The Japanese pre-release, or "Trial" version of Rockman DASH 2 (or in the US, Mega Man Legends 2) that was included as a second disk when you bought the Tron Ni Kobun (Or as known in the US as The Misadventures of Tron Bonne). This video is a compilation of "most" the cutscenes featured in that portion of the demo.
Contrary to popular belief, this game is NOT a "Beta/prototype version" of Rockman DASH 2. It certainly looks like it, but according to the DASH/Legends development team, this demo is entirely independent of the actual Rockman DASH 2.
