A very sad Gilmore Girls, Luke, Lorelai, and Chris Love Triangle(mostly season 7) to the song my heart will go on.
i really used each line of the lyrics, for example,
"once more you open the door, and your here in my heart and, my heart will go on"
means like once more Chris comes back into her life, and he's there and loves her, and he's in her heart, but she knows its only temporary, and her heart will go on back to luke.
basically the my heart will go on line always means she knows her heart will move on from what she has now, on to Luke, becuase it's where her heart is meant to be.

p.s. usually i wouldnt use this song, too cliche- but they played it on the episode "farewell my pet" and while she was standing there thing, i thought of the lyrics, and if you really analyze it, they go absolutely perfect.
